Instructions for Use:
For best results, allow the wax to melt fully to the sides of the tin when lighting for the first time to ensure a consistent burn. The maximum recommended burn time is 4 hours per session. Always trim the wick after each use to 1/8 inch by cutting or breaking off the burnt ends once cool. Full safety instructions can be found on the base of the candle.

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £30.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags, and include proof of purchase. To request a return, email us at hej@thehyggeco.co.uk. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

To exchange, return the item and place a new order.

EU Customers

If shipping to the EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel for any reason. Items must meet the return criteria above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
