We offer free UK shipping on orders over £30.

For international orders, shipping is available but not yet listed as a standard option on our website. Please contact us via our email hej@thehyggeco.co.uk for a quote.

Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply for international deliveries. These are the responsibility of the customer—check with your local authorities for specific charges.

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation. To ensure timely delivery, please double-check that your shipping and email addresses are accurate.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags, and include proof of purchase. To request a return, email us at hej@thehyggeco.co.uk. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

To exchange, return the item and place a new order.

EU Customers

If shipping to the EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel for any reason. Items must meet the return criteria above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
